Pastor Charles David Parrish

Pastor Charles David Parrish, age 71 of Port Charlotte, Florida and formerly of London, Kentucky passed away on Saturday in Richmond, Virginia.

He was the husband of Linda Sue Poynter Parrish of Port Charlotte, Florida. He was the father of Shane Parrish, Jonathan Parrish and Chris Parrish all of Richmond, Virginia. He was the stepfather of Tom Woods of London, Kentucky. He was the brother of Freddy Parrish and Chandra Wesson both of Glasgow, Kentucky. He was the grandfather of Hayley Woods-Ludington of Port Charlotte, Florida, Taisley Woods of London, Kentucky, Courtney Parrish of Lakeland, Florida, Kaitlyn Parrish, Lexi Parrish, Madison Parrish, Mya Parrish and Grayson Parrish all of Richmond, Virginia. He was the great-grandfather of Liam, Gracelynn Rae and Vayda Jade Ludington all of Port Charlotte, Florida. He was also blessed with a host of other relatives, church family and friends to mourn his passing. He was the owner of C & L Carpets in London, Kentucky and the Pastor of God’s Touch Ministries.

He was preceded in death by his parents, F.C. & Edna Marie Stinson Parrish.

Memorial services for Pastor Charles David Parrish will be announced at a later date.
